I graduated from college and have been working in the industry since 2016. Now, I have my Level 3 Personal Training, Level 3 pre & postnatal, Level 2 Exercise to Music, gym instructor, kettlebells, Metafit, FBX, aquaerobics and spin qualifications whilst always looking to grow and expand my knowledge.
I work 1-1 with clients as well as small group training at a private gym in Glasgow's southside, (Train Mind, Body, Soul winners of the best independent gym 2019) online clients and teach my own fitness classes and boot camps across Glasgow and work with the NHS. I love seeing the difference they make to people's fitness, wellbeing and quality of life.
Heath and fitness has different meanings to everyone; for some it may be walking up the stairs or running after the kids without feeling breathless. And for others it may be increasing their performance in a sport they participate in, running, weightlifting etc. Whatever it is I am here to help you reach that goal while trying to educate you in the process. Focusing on technique and safety, improving general mobility, nutritional advice, keeping a life balance and having some fun in the process. I feel privileged to be able to play a part in these people's lives and to see their lives change.
I offer one-to-one training personal training sessions for all levels and abilities. Held in a private gym in Glasgow's southside, sessions include:

£40 per hour or £360 for 10 sessions
I strive to help you improve your technique and achieve better results in a safe and effective manner by trying to educate you through exercise and nutrition. I will focus solely on you as there is no one size fits all. I will help to motivate you through your workout and be the sense of accountability that people need.
